Tasting Notes
From vines planted just outside of the Brouilly cru in Beaujolais. A beautifully elegant, silky, finely chalky village red from Descombes. Loved the mild charcuterie florals and the weightless mouthfeel. So glugable! 12% alc. Drank with roast chicken and veggies. Mmm! 12.5% alc. - Michael L
Kéké Descombes is the son of the inimitable Georges Descombes of Morgon. His approach is similar to his father's (organic farming, semi-carbonic maceration, indigenous yeasts, minimal or no sulphur). - Importer Note
