Tasting Notes
A fascinating red field blend from Koerner. In decreasing amounts: Sangiovese, Grenache, Malbec, Sciacarello and Carignan. Phew! The result is a bright and vibrant, light to medium bodied wine, with fresh, crunchy red fruits, floral high notes and a wonderfully moreish, savoury feel. Crackling energy and zippy acidity is the song being sung here. It could handle a light chill too. - Felix G
We grew up in the Clare Valley but have since spent time working and studying around Australia and overseas. Our wines are produced from fruit grown within a 500m radius of the Watervale area in the Clare Valley, with the majority coming from our family vineyard, Gullyview.
