Tasting Notes
The fruit for this wine is sourced from the Koerner family vineyard in Gullyview. Their Grenache vines were planted in 1935 on Terra Rossa soils. Picked early to retain freshness, the wine was naturally fermented, left on skins for 2 weeks and then aged in large format Slavonian oak for 9 months then settled in steel tank. Think bright, spicy and structured Grenache. - Pete L
