Tasting Notes
Old vine Riesling planted in 1923 from the Parish Vineyard in Watervale. Hand harvested and carefully sorted in the vineyard. Fermented naturally in a mix of stainless steel and ceramic amphora for 2 months. Stonefruits, lifted florals, classic Clare Valley acidity with a textural boost coming from the amphora portion. - Pete L
