Tasting Notes
A more modern take on Rioja from two mates who met at university who both caught the winemaking bug. They make the wines in a very minimal approach, wild ferments, ageing in concrete, eggs and avoiding oak to produce a much brighter, fresher style of Rioja. This is a perfect mid week red that is a vibe with pizza. - Pete L
