A full-flavoured Piedmont white for lovers of fuller bodied textural whites. There is plenty of pear, apple and citrus here, with a gentle leesy texture giving it real weight and depth and a savoury herbal edge of sage and thyme underneath. It finishes long, clean and balanced, with a lightly bitter twist that keeps everything fresh. Powerful but refined, and genuinely distinctive. - Pete L
