Cabernet Franc likes aging; and this Cuvée 53 shows the benefits of that 5 years. Decant the unfiltered crystals out, then smell the classic pure cabernet franc dusty earth and blackberry fruits. Palate follows with elegant black fruits, and even a hint of soy. Then fine chalk tannin. 12.9% alc. Love good aged Loire Cabernet Franc. - Michael L
