Tasting Notes

This is a Spanish inspired blend using Vermentino and Fernao Pires in nearly equal proportions. We tried this as a team and all agreed this would hit the shelves. It's a really fun blend of the kind of varieties we need to see more of in this country as they thrive in our climate and make delicious wines. This a fresher and lighter style of wine that spent time in old oak and had a little bit of skin contact to build texture. Perfect start to a meal. - Pete L
