What a beautiful juicy, savoury red (Grenache, Shiraz). Fresh red fruits, chalky tannins, natural, 13.5% alc. Will enhance charcuterie, cheeses or any meat dish. Feel good wine. - Michael L
Produced by Pierre Antoine Joly and Laurence in France's Côtes du Rhône. Located north of Vaison-La-Romaine, between Provence and the foothills of the Alps, their vineyard of 18 hectares is planted with Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Mourvedre. All the vineyards have been worked according to the principles of organic farming since 1980 varying in altitude between 300 and 450 meters they benefit from both the freshness of the hills and the sun of the South. Soils are calcareous clay of varied texture: marl, sand or silt. This diversity is a valuable asset, bringing originality and complexity to the wines.
