The "La Soeur" Cadette is the sister label, so to speak, of the La Cadette wines. The fruit negoce, so it is purchased from organic vineyards. This one, an elegant Beaujolais from the Julienas cru. Based around spices and savoury fruits, smell the soft spices at opening (like cumin, nutmeg and maybe a little pepper). The taste brings savoury darker cherry, with a fineness helped by the spices. 12% alc. - Michael L
