Tasting Notes
A really distinctive Vietnamese gin built around the flavours and botanicals of the country. There’s plenty of fresh citrus and juniper up front, with aromatic herbs, spice and delicate florals giving it a distinctly Southeast Asian character. It’s bright and fragrant rather than heavy, with a lovely savoury complexity and clean, dry finish. Great in a G&T, but there’s enough going on here to make a really interesting Martini too. - Chris L
