Tasting Notes
This wine regularly reminds me of Chablis with a Jura twist. There's no buttery, oaky, fullness here, but that's not to say it lacks power, it just has a different guise. Just-ripe stonefruit is holstered by saltiness, stoney minerality and a touch of zest. Medium weight with prisitine lines of structure coming from so many different elements (acidity, phenolic, alcohol balance...) makes for an exciting and complex wine in the mouth. I'm salavating just thinking about it. - Chris L
