
Tasting Notes
The fruit for this wine comes from Mount Alexander in Harcourt Central Victoria - grown on the base of the mount on decomposing granite soils. The Riesling was whole bunch pressed then fermented in stainless, aged on full lees for 15 months, a much cooler season in 2023 the long ageing on lees helped build up texture whilst keeping the wine fresh and vibrant. Estate bottled. As always the wines go through full malo, unfined, unfiltered & untinkered. 12 % alc. - Winery Note
