
Tasting Notes
Vibrant Sangiovese from the coolish Pyrenees, made naturally. Love the nose of root vegetable and a touch of spice (maybe nutmeg); more than traditional Chianti, I think. It follows through on the palate, and add nice acidity and red fruits (like raspberry). It would probably love a steak or a chalky cheddar. 13% alcohol and no SO2. Loved slurping after a short airing! - Michael L
