Tasting Notes
We should drink more Cahors! This is 100% Malbec from a blend of two vintages, 2018 and 2019 coming off a tiny 0.8 hectare parcel of 20 year old vines. It's a much fresher take on Malbec, not as darker fruited as what you might be used to from other regions that may push the grapes a little further. The combination of the two vintages helps to round the wine and make a more complete wine. - Pete L
