Dark-skinned berry, forest floor, pipe tobacco, new leather and balsamic notes float out of the glass. On the elegantly structured palate, taut, polished tannins and vibrant acidity frame ripe red cherry, exotic spice and aromatic herb flavors. A lingering star anise note announces the close. Brunello Le Chiuse is a clear and bright wine and it has a vivid garnet-red colour. Its bouquet is intense and persistent, with various scents: soft fruit, jam and vanilla. Tasting it, the wine is round,elegant and persistent. It stands long ageings getting even better. It must be served at 18-20 C degrees. The bottle should be left at least 24h in a warm room, and it should be opened a few hours before serving. Each year has its own organoleptic characteristics and little differences. 20% of the best years production is left ageing in our wine cellars for one more year, giving life to Riserva.
