A blend of Shiraz and Chardonnay from the McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills. Cloudy, fizzy, slightly floral, spicy with a bit of stonefruit in there too. Delicious. - Pete L
Les Fruits is the winemaking project of Tim Stock, using naturally and biodynamically farmed grapes sourced from the Adelaide Hills and Barossa Valley. Produced in a shed in the Basket Range, the winemaking is simple and traditional. All wines are matured on lees in old French oak barrels of varying sizes, with nothing added apart from minimal sulphur at racking and/or bottling. All of the wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered.
