The Gonzo is a blend of Cinsault and Grenache. It's full of spicy red fruits, macerated strawberry, light herbal notes, and a bitter orange / amaro thing. It's juicy, bright, loads of crunchy red fruits and nice shape and weight. Delightfully smashable, perfect for the fridge too. Great as a Muppet... Even better as a wine. - Pete L
Les Fruits is the winemaking project of Tim Stock, using naturally and biodynamically farmed grapes sourced from the Adelaide Hills and Barossa Valley. Produced in a shed in the Basket Range, the winemaking is simple and traditional. All wines are matured on lees in old French oak barrels of varying sizes, with nothing added apart from minimal sulphur at racking and/or bottling. All of the wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered.
