Tasting Notes
Pinot Noir from the Piccadilly valley, vinified with 50% whole bunches. Dark and vinous, with the bunch character coming through in a savoury, herbal note. The palate is bright and vibrant, layers of red and black fruits, and a lovely earthy, forest floor feel. Wild and brambly and delicious. - Felix G
Les Fruits is the winemaking project of Tim Stock, using naturally and biodynamically farmed grapes sourced from the Adelaide Hills and Barossa Valley. Produced in a shed in the Basket Range, the winemaking is simple and traditional. All wines are matured on lees in old French oak barrels of varying sizes, with nothing added apart from minimal sulphur at racking and/or bottling. All of the wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered.
