60% Cinsault & 40% Grenache. Whole bunch ferment with a few hours skin contact to impart colour and texture. This is a classically expressive pale, dry Provence rose. Exhibiting bright, lifted floral notes, summer berries that flow to light berry and candied fruit flavours on the palate with some lees contact imparting a soft, savoury finish.
