Tasting Notes
Lillet Rouge is a French aperitif from Podensac, near Bordeaux, introduced in 1962. It’s crafted from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon wines blended with citrus liqueurs and a variety of fine botanicals.
With a deep ruby color, it offers aromas of ripe dark fruits like blackberry and plum. The palate is smooth and flavorful, featuring notes of fresh orange, red berries, vanilla, and subtle spices. Lillet Rouge is perfect chilled on its own, over ice, or as a flavorful addition to cocktails like the Negroni or Manhattan. - Aaron C
