Tasting Notes
This is made from 85% Salamino and 15% Ancellotta. Slight sparkling with a dark ruby colour. Pronounced intensity of aromas, tart raspberries, cherry with fruitcake spice. It is deliciously refreshing served well chilled. - Peter L
