Tasting Notes
A pristine Cortese from the Moferato hills of Piedmont. It’s clear, bright citrus and white nectarine flavours and aromas will have you seeking food, like baked chicken or grilled fish. Finished with fine chalky mouthfeel. 12.5%alc. So fine! And won’t break the bank. - Michael L
This husband/wife winemaking combo are nerds... and we love them. Their wines are named after the Linnaean binomial system (plant naming) created by naturalist Carl Linnaeus. They travel the world together making wine from some of the most prestigious regions in the world - Barolo, Napa and Heathcote. As a whole they are more restrained, savoury styles of wine.
