Tasting Notes
A Nouveau style Pinot Noir, much like they do in Beaujolais. This wine was fermented carbonically to retain freshness, liveliness and bright fruit characters. You may also find it's a little spritzy, but this is totally normal - give it a bit of a shake! A perfect drink to chill slightly and serve in the warmer months of the year. Tasty! - Chris L
