Tasting Notes
A pure Pecorino from Abruzzo’s Val di Sangro, grown on clay soils and handled with a light touch. Given a short skin contact and fermented in neutral fibreglass, the wine is bottled unfined, unfiltered and without added sulphur. Bright and lively, it shows fresh citrus, a gentle texture and a clean mineral edge, keeping things crisp, energetic and easy to drink. - Aaron C
