Tasting Notes
Gökotta (“yok-oota”) is the act of rising early to hear the birds sing. This wine is a nod to a blend typically seen from the southern Rhone Valley, utilising Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault grapes. Our version is hand-picked early in the season, early in the morning, and best enjoyed in its youth (hence the name). - Winery Note
