Tasting Notes
One of the best Gewurz I've tasted from our fair country and I think it's named appropriately - Ubergew! James Manners has hand crafted a typically aromatic Gew here, yet it is more delicate and elegant than most. Flavours of lychee, turkish delight and rose water can be found. The palate is textural from the barrel and full solids fermentation. Good complexity. Delish! - Chris L
