Tasting Notes
This Nero d’Avola comes from the Conca and Lenza Lunga vineyards, where clay-limestone soils known locally as terra ianca and terra palomina give the wine structure and lift. Farmed biodynamically and fermented with native yeasts, it sees a long skin maceration before ageing in steel and further time in bottle. The style leans toward purity and balance, with dark berry fruit, subtle earth and gentle spice carried by a firm yet polished frame. Focused and expressive, it shows Nero d’Avola with both depth and restraint. - Aaron C
