Tasting Notes
From ~70 year old vines. Ripe but fresh aromas include those of plum, black cherry, cassis and plenty of earth influence. The opulent, concentrated and powerful larger-scaled flavors coat the palate with sappy dry extract that also buffers the moderately firm tannic spine shaping the balanced, long and complex finale. This is a very good Gevrey villages and worth your interest. Allen Meadows - Burghound
The Roy family has been cultivating grapes for four generations and in 1982, they began bottling their own production to fulfil their passion. With much effort and an acute focus on further enhancing their wines, Marc and his daughter Alexandrine bought a few more blocks of vineyards to increase the size of the Domaine to four hectares.
