Tasting Notes
An aromatic but dry Alsacian white blend of Pinot Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir. What stands out to me about this wine is the chalky minerality it generates from the mid to back palate. Beautifully balanced and a fine example that portrays the region in it's own way.
