Tasting Notes
Emblematic wine that offers pure pleasure. A real find in a Carcassonne brasserie, even if the wine list promised the 2017 and we had to ask for 'cocktail' ballons to enjoy it properly. Really fresh and pure. No shortage of either fruit or acidity. We took the half-full bottle home and enjoyed the wine at a wide range of temperatures. Great with turbot. - Jancins Robinson
