Tasting Notes
Loved the subtle aromas of fresh fruit, tobacco and spice of this hilly Friuli red after we gave it a couple of hours to relax. Elegant blue fruits fill the mouth, with some spice and chalky tannins to finish. A sense of lightness but genuine tannin from these organic, minimal intervention followers. 13% alcohol. Would love with pasta ragu, mushroom risotto or even a simple steak on the barby! - Michael L
