A crunchy and zippy natural white wine from Lazio in Italy. Made from 80% Passerina and 20% Malvasia Puntinata this is a wine that is completely pushed to the limit with no additives, including no added sulfur. These grapes are a blank canvas, and Mario Macciocca wants them to stay as close to blank as possible, if you know what I mean. - Chris L
