A natural Rose from Lazio (near Rome) in Italy. It's 100% Cesanese, a local variety from the region, that has come to make an intense and full-bodied Rose of berry compote-like fruit with a slightly wild personality and a spritz on opening. Decant and serve chilled. - Chris L
