Tasting Notes
Under the radar. I want to drink more Grenache…. Wines like this really drive this home. 30 year old vines planted in a mixture of Granite and Limestone. Whole bunch ferment, gently extracted. It's lifted by soft spices (think Five Spice), with a core of acidity and fine tannin that guide the perfumed wild strawberries that define the wine for me. Loved this... Will drink lots of it. - Pete L
