Jeff Coutelou doesn't always make this wine, but damn its good when he does! 100% Syrah/Shiraz from Puimisson in the Languedoc, France.
These old vines produce a beautifully concentrated wine, full of power and structure, but dont think for a second this is brash and vigorous. Blackberry, bitumen, black pepper and purple floral nuances.
