Tasting Notes
The only Coutelou wine that is aged in oak barrels. Yellow/gold colour and attractively complex with aromas of lemon/lime oil, apple, honey, brioche and garrigue. It's quite rich but supremely balanced and really quite elegant structure, with masses of ripe stone fruit concentration. A real standout in the cellar during my last visit and custom built for all manner of gastronomy! - Importer Note
