Tasting Notes

A blend of Syrah and Carignan from 2019 and Syrah from 2020 - hence the absence of a year on the label. The name translates literally as "No Matter What" -this is deeply coloured - almost appearing blue! This has deeply pitched blackberry and black cherry aromas, with sweet sous-bois and very fine eau de vie. The palate is dense with fresh black fruit flavours, pepper, spice and herb, with lovely tannins and acidity to match. Of the releases this comes across as quite serious - a really complex and age-worthy wine. - Importer Note
