Tasting Notes
A richly flavoured, intensely fruity Blackberry Cream. The sweet nose carries over onto the palate which is also very sweet but harmoniously balanced by a touch of typical blackerry acidity. Aspect:Fairly dark, bluish colour, with dark purple highlights. A pure colour true to the fruit used in its making. Nose:Fresh, beautifully powerful aromatic nose. Palate:Clean attack, revealing ripe fruit, giving way to the fruit roundness. The sweetness is rapidly counterbalanced by natural fruit acidity, a balance that endows this Cream with incomparable character, calibre and flavour.
