Tasting Notes
Maxime Crotet is the Chef de Cave for Frederic Cossard, one of the kings of natural wine in Burgundy. Maxime has set out on his own and is now producing wines under his own label. Due to a poor vintage in 2021 Maxime had to source fruit from regions outside of Burgundy. The fruit for this wine was sourced from a vineyard in Poligny in Jura. - Pete L
