Wild fermented Gruner bursting full of flavour and induviduality. Half of the portion of grapes sits on skins for several hours for bit touch of phenolic extraction. As well as 6 months lee's ageing. Bright, crunchy and fresh with that touch of texture we all crave. Niederosterreich, or Lower Austria, is a wine region in the north-east of Austria bordering Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
