Here's a wine that shows what good Crozes Hermitage fruit can do in the hands of a master - Natacha Chave. There are a lot of light hands at work here making sure the fruit expression is at the forefront. You see red fruits intermingled with some dark savoury features of earth, pepper and sarsparilla. Medium bodied in weight but full flavoured. Please decant and serve at around 16 degrees C. - Chris L
