Tasting Notes
This Macabeo hails from Carinena, a region that is known for producing table wines but is actually home to some very old vineyards that are now being taken over and given a new lease on life. This wine spends 24 hours on skins to build up texture to complete the richer orchard fruit characters of the wine. There's ripe granny smith apple, white nectarine, white flowers and mid palate texture make for a very tasty wine! - Pete L
