Tasting Notes
A contemporary take on Vietnam’s long tradition of rice spirits. Nhậu is made from Vietnamese rice grown in the Mekong Delta, giving the spirit a subtle natural sweetness and creamy texture, before being filtered through coconut charcoal from Bến Tre. It’s incredibly clean and smooth, but importantly it hasn’t been stripped of all its character - there’s a gentle rice sweetness, a little white pepper and a soft, rounded finish. Great straight from the freezer, but equally good as the base for a Martini or Highball. - Chris L
