Tasting Notes
Eighteen months in amphora, which is a long time to sit in clay. Bright garnet in the glass, sour cherry and strawberry with a lovely lick of spice, then a palate that is juicy and crunchy with just enough tannin underneath to hold it all together. - Pete L
