Tasting Notes
This Chardonnay shows beautiful balance between power and restraint, complexity and finesse. The wine displays green apple and white peach aromas with a hint of slate or crushed rock. The palate is vibrant with restrained power and bright apple and citrus fruit. Barrel fermentation and maturation in old and new French oak has added a subtle complexity and length without overpowering the wine. Producer Note.
