Tasting Notes
A tight and mineral Trebbiano (predominantly) from the slopes of eastern Emilia Romagna that look over the Adriatic. It is perhaps this Adriatic influence and lean soil structure that gives this wine a saline minerality and citrus backbone. A perfect accompaniment to antipasto or shellfish. - Chris L
