Tasting Notes
Emily's own label, named after 14th century theologian and philosopher William of Ockham's views of 'less is more " – applicable in winemaking as minimal intervention. A fabulous wine grown on granite based soil, to compare with the basalt derived Jasper Hill wines. Exhibits savoury up-front fruitiness, elegant raspberry, cola and dark chocolate characters. Delicious now and cellarable. Again, the 15.5% alc/vol doesn't show. - Winery Note
