Tasting Notes
A schmozzel of grape varieties in this blend! It's a continuous ferment throughout the vintage that gets added to as the different varieties are harvested. It's bright, juicy and fresh, much like young Beaujolais. Chill slightly in Summer to get the most out of it. - Chris L
Less is more! Minimal intervention or Lo-fi wines encapsulate those producers who keep additions and manipulations to a minimum during the winemaking process. This means the wines are wild fermented, unfiltered and unfined, and only add sulfur during the process.
