Inspired by a friendship with Frank Cornelissen. Organic Fiano from Campania in southern Italy. The grapes spend 2 days on skins creating a wine that is rich, waxy and dried stone-fruited, all of which come naturally to Fiano, although this one is a bit different. - Chris L
